My Math teacher never enters the grades in and the grades are due tomorrow?

She has no test grades in, one quiz grade ( the pop quiz I FAILED ) and on my homework and Class Participation I have an average of 86. So I currently have a D in that class now and I'm freaking out cause I've never gotten a D in my life, the grades for the semester is due tomorrow and i'm at a 62. I already sent her an email on Wednesday asking when the grades will be in, but she replied to me that they're due tomorrow @ Midnight, i don't think she hates me because i'm quiet but i greet her all the time... but i'm just freaking out right now because last semester she had a lot of blanks in the gradebook! What should i do?
