Low noise in my ear since 3 days?

I used a wax removal drops few days back, since then i am having low noise in my left ear continously (none in my rightt ear), its like a noise which is similar to a flight take off, i am really scared now, what should i do is it Tinnitus, as i read on google, please advice as what should be done, i used few drops of olive oil too didnt work , i dont have an insurance too right now...
