Is baby oil safe to use as a makeup remover?

I use baby wipes for make up removal. They are fantastic for this. Plus you can get unperfumed ones for sensitive skin. I would recommend Bio Oil for your dry skin, or Semi Chem do their own version which is just as good and a lot cheaper.
