Stressed out and loosing hope any advice?

I organize events for an organization and I've been reaching out like crazy get get participation in of my events and haven't registered anywhere close to the number of people we need to attend. No one else in the organization is helping promote the event and I'm so tired I don't know what to do maybe this job isn't for me.
