How can I be prettier?

I'm not low on confidence or anything, but I just would like to be regarded as "stunning" My looks? I am 13 and quite short. about 5'1 and 80 pounds. I have shoulder length goldish hair and olive green eyes and slightly pale skin with a few freckles. I have acne, but it's contorlled. can you give me some tips? I wear makeup, but I would like a new routine. Also, I have dark circles that I think take away from my beauty! give me any tips you have! Oh, and I won't put a pictre on. There are too many creepers. Thank you!
