What was the name of this online game?

Hey guys, I remember playing this game online years ago but I can't remember the name. It was literally clicking on the option of Male or Female and the game was solely based on clicking. No virtual world or animations just clicking on words. You could have the options of having kids and also sometimes you would get Gout or find out you had a terminal illness. Cannot remember the name for the life of me!
