Gross question but i cant get my poop to come out help me please?

i cant poop i have taken stool softeners and drank olive oil and still it wont come out it hurts so bad i almost passed out on the toilet from the pain it feels like it is going to come out but it wont sorry it is a nasty question but i need to drop a duce really bad help me please
