Financial Aid Excess Funds Question?

I have been with University of Phoenix for a whole year and have one more year left of college. Financial Aid and loans pay for my college and whatever is left over , I receive as excess funds for things like living expense. I have received about three of these already and as of June 4th, was supposed to receive the fourth one. I got a letter today from my college showing my account summary and it reads total funds received 2650, total retained 2650, credit balance from prior period 0.00, estimated credit balance due to student 0.00 My question is, is does this mean I am not receiving an excess funds check this time? If so, why would they do that? I really need this for living expenses and will end up losing my internet and other things if I do not get the excess funds that are supposed to be for this very thing. I have a 3.0 GPA and meet participation in my classes continuously. Is there a way to get them to send excess funds, perhaps directly contacting Financial Aid, or is it set in stone?
