Could I dye my hair white blonde without looking like an idiot?

I don't want to do it to look slutty or make myself more appealing to guys or whatever. I like it because of the scene or hipster look with white blonde hair. It stands out. My only issue is that my hair is naturally dark brown, I have hazel eyes, and dark eyebrows. My skin is also naturally more olive toned, not exactly pale. So I need some thoughts..
