I would go with chicken fajitas. Slice the chicken into thin strips & saute in a bit of olive oil over med-high heat until golden & cooked through (you can cook some veggies like peppers and onions with the chicken at this point too). I would add some spices like garlic, chili powder, oregano, etc... as the chicken is cooking as well, and probably the green chilis too! As the chicken is cooking, slightly warm the tortillas. Make the fajitas by placing a scoop of the chicken mixture in the middle of a warmed tortilla, top with cheese (if desired... could also use sour cream, salsa...), and rolling it up. Bon appetit!

What could cause a person to completely swell up, she has gout and she is 75. her glucose level was high & 12?

she was given 12 units of insulin and that did not do anything except lower her glucose level slightly. She usually takes a size 2X and she is wearing a 3X jogging suit that is so tight that it almost has to be cut off of her due to the swelling. I am looking for a children's cookbook I had as a kid.My mom swears she ordered it off the back of a package of Peter Pan flour but can not remember the name of the book.I think it was a small pink or reddish book and I remember two of the characters were a boy and a girl.I also remember some of the recipes one was a hot tuna,cheese,egg and black olive sandwich,another was scramble eggs with cheese and another one was a slice of bread with a hole cut in the middle were you cracked open an egg in it and baked it my mom thinks it was called robin's nest.I love this cookbook growing up and would love to find it and have once again.Thanks.
