What does my symptoms sound like? RA?

for a week now i am having joint paints when moving, without swelling.first i had slight fever and back neck pain and stiffness, than pain started symmetrically with both knees,than hips, than both hands fingers and wrists again symmetrically . at the moment my hands fingers are hurting so much i can not even hold my sons hand. I did not think i would have RA without swelling but i am not so sure. I am 29 female. i am not over weight. However my father had RA and Gout.
