I don't know what her intentions could be. If your little brother is way younger (like 4 or 5 years) she could just be using him. But its also possible for her to like him because he reminds her of you. and i'm gonna assume your in high school. Its really easy to get over a crush. Some girls just hang on longer than some others. Like me, if I know a guy doesn't like me and I like him, I don't waste my time pining after him. I just forget it. That might be what she did, and she just happened to like your brother. Your only way to know is to watch and wait. You can't stop him from getting hurt. It his life, but you can be there for him if he does get hurt. (Girls can be cruel, I know, I'm one)
