Does rheumatoid arthritis weaken your immune system?

I don't know about RA's effects on your immune system but I do know that my dads girlfriend had RA bad. He searched the web for hours looking for possible treatment options and finally settled on something called Marshal Protocal its a quote "expirimental" treatment ( meaning it isn't what is legally reffered to as "standard of care" ) that if I remember correctly uses anti-biotics to treat RA. If I were you I would definitely look into it. My dads girlfriend was all but crippled before she started this treatment. Now she's fully mobile and rarely complains of her RA. Im not saying this because im selling anything or because of some personal gain. So please take a minute or two to research it, I've seen how debilitating RA can be and hate to hear that someone my own age is suffering through it. Best of luck.
